Couldn’t fault.

The twin room was clean and cozy, which was nice. the bed wasn't super comfy for sleeping. I heard a lot of noise from the corridor, especially with wedding guests around. The heating was pretty loud too. Breakfast could've been better for the price—it felt a bit lacking. it had its highs and lows.

The garden outside was lovely, creating a cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the quiet during our stay.

Request extra pillows and towels upon arrival for a more comfortable stay, as the standard offering may be inadequate.

The restaurant's closure on a bank holiday was disappointing, leaving a lack of dining options when I was expecting to have a meal there. my room ended up being a twin instead of the double I booked, which threw me for a loop but was manageable.

The single room had a comfortable bed, a TV, and good tea and coffee facilities. There were free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The wardrobe offered ample space for my clothes, and the room was generally clean and neat. The hotel had nice grounds and the staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly.

i had an ideal stay with clean towels and friendly staff. The easy access to heaton park and hopwood woods made my city strolls unforgettable. while the hotel has a lot of potential, it needs a little love and affection in certain areas.
